Key Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all blithequark Fitness products and programs, providing accurate and timely information to members.Answer incoming calls on our telephone system in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner, ensuring that all member inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Ascertain the nature of each call, record relevant information in our systems, and provide solutions to member questions and concerns, following standard policies and procedures. Interact positively with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.Coordinate the collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments, and forward documentation to our Research Team for follow-up when required. Analyze information, problems, and issues to develop effective solutions, ensuring member satisfaction with our Fitness programs. Research unique questions using all available resources, referring difficult issues to your Supervisor for guidance and support. Manage your time effectively to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes, and conduct timely follow-bolthires to ensure member issues are resolved promptly.Exercise strict confidentiality in all matters relating to the member experience with our Fitness program, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Attend and participate in meetings to discuss issues, foster teamwork, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Qualifications and Core Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment.Basic experience with MS Office and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to interact positively with others, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions.
