ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences* Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the best possible experience* Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner* Ensuring that customers enjoy authentic and personalized experiences that meet their unique needs* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situationsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry* An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance* A high school diploma or equivalent* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing situations* Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends* A passion for helping others and a patient and empathetic nature* Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S.address for residenceNice-to-HavesWhile not required, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, especially for higher pay rates.
