About the Role In this exciting and challenging role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner.Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer inquiries, and capturing vital contact information for lead generation and client review. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving business growth and revenue for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to succeed Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable feedback and insights to our clients Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.These include: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not essential, is highly desirable Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth Training and Development We are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our team members.As such, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, held Tuesday to Saturday between 10am-6:30pm CST. This training will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to succeed in this role and drive business growth for our clients.
