The Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections RoleAs a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll be responsible for interacting with guests and negotiating bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. You'll provide a blithequark-branded experience with credit accountholders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, and identifying various accountholder segments and providing suitable plausible solutions.You'll be responsible for genuine expertise and adhering to all credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections.
