Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for our Merchant Services team, reporting to the Merchant Services Manager. As a specialist-level individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, resolving issues, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvements.This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $26 per hour and a chance to work with a leading company in the industry. Key Responsibilities Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics Demonstrate creativity and commitment to creating a positive work environment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent support and making it easy for merchants to work with us Identify areas for improvement and implement projects to enhance efficiency and quality Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze data using bolthires Sheets or Excel to inform business decisions and drive growth Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.You should be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in both independent and team-based settings.
