necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner Track all call-related services when required, in a way that is respectful and beneficial to the customer Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills and logical problem-solving skills Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems, and ability to navigate multiple software applications Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM software and other customer service-related technologies Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Work from Home Requirements To work from
