Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology, to request and verify benefits Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing Provide support for Health Care Providers, including researching benefit information and responding to requests for assistance Accurately document and maintain all interactions, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
