To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to. This role is crucial in evaluating our customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable insights to our business on performance, trends, and best practices. Key Responsibilities The Customer Experience Analyst will function as an expert in blithequark products, policies, systems, and processes, accurately assessing customer interactions and providing actionable insights to our leadership teams. The key responsibilities of this role include: Utilizing independent judgment to assess associates' skill levels, including brand voice, value, empathy, and determining whether associate behaviors during customer interactions are acceptable for each particular case. Ensuring appropriate oversight of customer interactions by assessing a minimum number of interactions per agent on a monthly basis, raising the number of interaction assessments on an individual basis as needed, and performing ad hoc audits/reviews. Facilitating regular QA calibration sessions, tracking and escalating inappropriate behaviors, and providing actionable insights to leadership teams, while providing direct feedback to agents when appropriate. Functioning as a liaison between operations and support departments to ensure systems and reporting are functional and accurate. Maintaining and increasing product and process knowledge to appropriately score and judge key interaction components. Providing additional capacity to leadership on an as-needed basis for other related and project-based duties, such as strategic projects/initiatives, large order reviews, and behavioral analyses. Direct Manager/Direct Reports and Travel Requirements This position reports to the GCC Director of Performance at blithequark and has no direct reports. The role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, allowing for a stable work-life balance while still providing opportunities for professional growth and development through travel. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Most of the time in this role is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. The working conditions are located in a comfortable indoor area, with conditions that could produce mild discomfort on occasion. Minimum and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Minimum of 5 years of work experience. Preferred qualifications include: Proficiencies with phone systems, order processing systems, Salesforce, and other common contact center systems. Experience in the window coverings industry.
