About blithequarkblithequark is a leading provider of Account Management services to bolthires Sellers across Europe, including Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.Our team of experts is dedicated to helping bolthires Sellers succeed in the competitive e-commerce landscape by offering a range of services, including listing creation and optimization, customer support, reporting, and marketing. As a German Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities:As a German Speaking Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.Your key responsibilities will include:* Responding to customer emails within 24 hours, including weekends* Checking email accounts twice a day to ensure prompt response times* Providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries* Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving* Working independently with minimal supervision, using excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWorkload and Availability:In the beginning, you can expect to work approximately 1 hour per day, 3-4 days a week.However, as you take on more accounts and become more familiar with our systems and processes, your workload will increase. You will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure that customer emails are responded to in a timely manner.
