Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Technician II, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network infrastructure, desktop systems, and software applications* Conducting site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed* Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person* Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve technical issues* Conducting follow-up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction* Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issuesKey Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field* 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network infrastructure and desktop systems* Strong knowledge of bolthires Windows operating systems (client/server)* Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers* Specialized certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksWork Environment and CultureAs a Technician II at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.Our work environment is collaborative and inclusive, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning. Employed candidates may be eligible for annual moment and long-term incentive programs, subject to individual performance, business unit performance, and organizational performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
