Your responsibilities will include inputting and verifying data, conducting quality checks, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA and enjoy the flexibility that comes with it.Key Responsibilities* Enter and maintain accurate data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and consistent. * Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors. * Assist in organizing and categorizing information for easy retrieval, ensuring that all data is easily accessible and usable. * Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness, working closely with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.* Handle administrative tasks, including responding to emails and inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. * Utilize data entry software and tools to efficiently and accurately enter and maintain data. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest data entry software and tools.
