We are committed to creating a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to.Job SummaryAs an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services, and driving pharmacy financial performance. You will work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business results. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to inform business decisions.Key Responsibilities* Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects* Drive consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-designing processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes* Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives* Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership* Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions* Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment* Provide individualized patient/supplier counseling* Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues* Provide input regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including feedback from patients as the value of individual consultations* Responsible for all inquiries, discussions, and responses that relate directly to patient treatment* Provide clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary* Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management* Observe rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives* Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines* Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulationsEssential Capabilities* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues* Experience working with confidential information* Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)Preferred Capabilities* Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary* Knowledge of insurance plans* Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus* Essential level expertise in bolthires Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a sheet, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)* Essential level expertise in bolthires PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)* Essential level expertise in bolthires Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities)What We Offer* Competitive hourly rate of $27* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment* Collaborative and supportive team culture* Professional development and growth opportunities* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance* Generous paid time off and holidays* Access to cutting-edge technology and resourcesIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and pharmacy services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and cover letter to.
