Job SummaryTheSenior Learning Data Analyst will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and employee development. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with senior leaders to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights that inform business decisions.Responsibilities* Develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and employee development* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and present actionable insights that inform business decisions* Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies* Develop and maintain advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software* Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers* Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings* Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements* Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems* Understand and estimate the effort and bolthires of a solution* Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and techniques* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Ability to apply advanced tools and techniques to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions* Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals* Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects* Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture* Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment* Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required* Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions* Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations* Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiencesEducation* Required: High School Diploma or GEDExperience* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in:+ Acquiring data using various tools including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets.+ Visualization and presentation experience* Preferred:Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)* Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)Work Environment and Cultureblithequark is a dynamic organization that values creativity, diversity, and inclusion.
