As a Full Stack Customer Service Associate, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members regarding their pensions and other financial benefits.You'll provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, as well as periodic support through outbound calls. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:* Providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles* Periodically providing support through outbound calls as needed* Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances* Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed* Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency within the client rules/guidelines and other related program policies* Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirementsBenefits of this Role* $16.00 per hour pay rate after training (bi-weekly pay)* Paid Training ($15.00 p/hr.) with Equipment provided* Full-time schedule (40 hrs.a week)* Career Growth Opportunities* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes* Full Benefit Options – From the start, our paid training program will teach you all the skills needed to allow you to become successful in your role. Training ScheduleOur paid training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.The training schedule is as follows:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 12 weeksAfter Training ScheduleOnce you've completed your training, you'll be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Monday- Friday. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:* High School Diploma/GED* Must be 18 years of age* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check* Previous customer service and/or call center experience* Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers* Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback* Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment* Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds* Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred* Ability to successfully complete paid training* Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-10pm EST, Monday- FridayStates Not Applicable for this PositionPlease note that this position is not applicable in the following states:* AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY* Metro Areas: MN- Minneapolis, IL, NY - NYC* OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC MetPay Transparency LawsIn accordance with pay transparency laws in some locations, we're required to disclose compensation and/or benefits-related information.For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
