With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a culture of innovation, blithequark is the perfect place to launch or advance your career in customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAs aRemote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:* Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support* Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotionsEssential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism* A strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively* A self-motivated and success-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences* A dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period* A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection requiredPreferred ExperienceWhile not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems and practices, are highly valued.Spanish Bilingual skills are also a plus.
