Job OverviewAs a Facilities Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for handling incoming client calls and emails related to facilities management. You'll assess the nature of the request, document, and dispatch to the appropriate party for resolution, all while maintaining a high focus on ensuring an optimal customer experience with every interaction.Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional client experiences, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities* Respond to routine inquiries via inbound phone calls, assessing the nature of the call and determining the most appropriate party to handle the call* Process incoming facilities work order requests through telephone and email, such as office moves, plumbing problems, light bulb changes, etc. * Ask probing questions to understand and troubleshoot the root cause of the problem or request and determines the right party to service the work order* Dispatch the work order through telephone or email to the appropriate contact* Set appropriate turn-around time expectations with the client based on priority codes* Ensure that all reports are accurate and filed in a timely manner* Select priorities and organize work to meet priorities* Proactively identify work order trends and communicate to the Team Coordinator and Program Lead* Follow approved policies and procedures* Resolve shift concerns and/or tasks with the Team Coordinator / Program Lead and co-workers* Achieve a goal of handling 45 requests per day average* Support team achievement of phone SLA goals* Adhere to schedule shifts, keeping within guidelines for arrivals/departures and absences* Adhere to efficiency and accuracy standards* Support phone volume in the range of 70-100 phone interactions per shiftEssential Qualifications* High school diploma required* Call center experience preferred (inbound)* Extensive use of computer with experience with bolthires Office products and the input of large amounts of data* Switchboard or Helpdesk experience a plus* Excellent listening skills and telephone skills* Excellent professional communication and interfacing with customers and co-workers* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a related field* Previous experience in facilities management or a related field* Knowledge of facilities management software and systems* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesSkills and Competencies* Excellent customer service skills* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a team environment* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Proficiency in bolthires Office products* Experience with facilities management software and systemsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.As a Facilities Customer Service Professional, you'll have access to:* Ongoing training and development programs* Opportunities for career advancement* Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals* Access to industry-leading facilities management software and systems* Collaborative and supportive work environmentWork Environment and Company Cultureblithequark is a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
