As a chat support specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our chat application, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.Your primary objectives will be to:* Resolve customer queries efficiently, providing accurate and timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. * Offer technical solutions and assistance to customers, helping them maximize the benefits of our products and services. * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. * Continuously learn and improve your skills, staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide exceptional support.Key Responsibilities:* Engage with customers through our chat application, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and promotions. * Provide quick and accurate responses, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. * Continuously learn and improve your skills, staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide exceptional support. * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.Skills and Background Needed:* Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). * Ability to work independently and meticulously follow instructions. * At least 10 hours of availability per week. * A stable internet connection is crucial. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat applications.
