This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, allowing you to choose the shifts that work best for you.Key Responsibilities Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs, demonstrating empathy and support during the claim process. Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately, ensuring consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
