Job DescriptionAs an Experienced Data Reporting Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Systems Team by providing data-driven insights and analytics to internal and external stakeholders.You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends in data to optimize business performance, collaborating with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, and communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities* Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and user purpose* Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics* Create custom data evaluations for use by human resources teams and other departments* Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations* Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes* Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership* Ensure proper data protection and privacy protocols are applied* Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies* Blend and automate data* May perform unique hobby duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Knowledge of concepts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, tough work contributors of the own family, and
