Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Corporate Actions

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:* Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents* Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity* Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications* Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile* Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce* Collaborating with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other business partnersDuties Analysis* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests* Identifying and addressing client/Advisor account exceptions* Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)* Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks* Resolving discrepancies between blithequark and fund companies* Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and correcting tax coding errors* Troubleshooting internal/external system issues or concerns* Identifying the root cause of breaks between blithequark, the Fund, etc.* Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management* Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm* Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues* Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demandsEssential Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required;
