Job SummaryWe're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment* Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)* Collaborate with our teams to identify and implement process improvements* Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures.Works under supervision and receives instructions. Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner* Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment* Proficient in bolthires Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality* Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions* Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detailEssential Qualifications* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisionsPreferred Qualifications* Experience working in a healthcare software company or related industry* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing systems* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g.Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))* Experience working with AI, NLP, and advanced analyticsWork Environment and Cultureblithequark is a remote-friendly workplace that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
