This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be an integral part of our mortgage operations team, working closely with loan officers, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data entry processes and efficient workflow.Key Responsibilities* Enter and update mortgage application data into internal systems with precision and efficiency. * Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Process loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Maintain and organize electronic records, ensuring secure and confidential handling of sensitive information. * Perform quality control checks on data entries and report any discrepancies to management. * Assist in generating reports and summaries for loan officers and underwriting teams.* Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency. * Handle administrative tasks such as document scanning, file organization, and email correspondence as needed. Qualifications & Skills* Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or mortgage processing is a plus. * Technical Skills:+ Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).+ Experience with mortgage or financial software is an advantage. + Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy. * Soft Skills:+ Strong attention to detail and ability to bolthires errors. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. + Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). + High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
