Your goal will be to narrow down on appointment information, schedule appointments, and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. If you're a positive and professional individual with a passion for great customer service and a knack for technology, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of what we offer Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving revenue growth for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless follow-up and follow-through Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary.
