The Role As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for conducting regular service reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address challenges. You'll also coordinate and manage smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring they're set up for success from day one. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities * Lead regular service reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address challenges * Coordinate and manage smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one * Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, capturing feedback and ensuring follow-up on action items * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and service outcomes using CRM tools * Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive a seamless customer journey What We’re Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
