About the Role: Customer Success Manager DACH We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring that our customers continue to benefit from it, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. As the voice of the customer within our company, you will make a crucial contribution to the further development of the blithequark solution. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire implementation of our solution, guiding customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey, consistently maintaining excellent customer success, taking initiatives to improve our processes, driving growth in your customer portfolio, and assisting the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire implementation of our solution and keep track of scope, time, and budget, cooperating with our Implementation Consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realization, empowering customers to confidently adopt and configure the solution themselves. Consistently maintain excellent customer success by being in close contact with customers and ensuring they receive the maximum return on their investment in blithequark, cooperating closely with the Customer Support Advisor to solve complex issues. Take initiatives to improve our processes in Customer Success, making our customers even happier with blithequark. Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities, identifying areas for upselling and expansion. Work from home or on the road, with regular visits to our offices in Ghent to catch up with colleagues and stay connected with the team. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company. You should be passionate about building great customer journeys and seeing customers happy with your product. You should be able to develop professional, yet warm and pleasant relationships with client contacts, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
