Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch support, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and courteous. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers, responding to their requests within set timeframes and delivering an exceptional quality of service.Provide accurate and knowledgeable assistance by retrieving loan information and offering customers the information they need quickly and efficiently. Adhere to schedules, multitask, meet deadlines, and provide verbal and written responses to customers as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers, finding seamless and positive solutions to their inquiries. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A High School Graduate or GED equivalent. 0-1 year of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment, although training will be provided to the right candidate. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen, understand, engage with, and respond to customers in a clear and concise manner.A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
