Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.2+ years of outbound call center experience, with the ability to handle high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
