Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting blithequark customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. A stable work history and experience working in a remote setting. Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred. A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States.Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages – because our customers count on us when it matters most. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate will: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
