Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing customer records, and ensuring seamless communication with our team.
