clients via text, phone, and email in a professional, warm, and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive Understand our full suite of real estate media services and help clients choose the best fit for their needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process Schedule and manage media orders on behalf of clients using our booking platform, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and offer shoot opportunities, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships and fostering long-term partnerships Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery, working together to achieve exceptional results What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction Sales experience, with confidence in outreach, offering services, and handling basic objections, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with clients and identify new business opportunities Excellent communication and active listening skills, especially over text and phone, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and processes A friendly, positive
