Job SummaryAs an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and in-person interactions* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner* Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process* Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication* Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties as requiredKey Responsibilities* Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services* Provide excellent customer service to both customers and Blithequark personnel* Perform accounts receivable duties, including:+ Calling on outstanding accounts+ Processing credits and exchanges+ Resolving account conflicts through our escalation process* Partner with the Sales Department to provide administrative support* Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties as requiredQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting* Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged* High School diploma or GED equivalent* Verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette* Essential skills:+ Active listener+ Responsive+ Personable* Computer skills:+ Proficient knowledge of bolthires Office products (i.e.Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc)* Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail* A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently* Problem solver in a dynamic environment* Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc)* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periodsWhat’s in it for you?
