As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving inbound customer calls, identifying caller needs, establishing payment schedules, and resolving conflicts to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also make outbound customer calls to provide additional information, follow up on previous interactions, and offer assistance with various service needs.Key Responsibilities Receive inbound customer calls, identify caller needs, and establish a payment schedule to resolve conflicts and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Make outbound customer calls to provide additional information, follow up on previous interactions, and offer assistance with various service needs Provide assistance to callers regarding pay-date change requests, adjusting bill information, taking payments, and other service needs directly related to a customer account Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and ensuring customer understanding Maintain customer records in our company CRM tool, document customer interactions and transactions, and record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken Maintain individual call quality goals and adhere to the Customer Experience guidelines for improved customer satisfaction results Effectively communicate knowledge of blithequark services, policies, and procedures to customers Assist customers in enrolling additional accounts, providing a detailed overview of services by demonstrating a full understanding of what services are available to the customer Handle a high volume of inbound calls during peak times, averaging 60-80 calls per day, while providing superior customer service to every customer using relationship-building techniques and proper phone etiquette Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone, or cable industries.You should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Superior customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships are essential. You should also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
