ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction* Sending updates to customers about their orders as needed, keeping them informed throughout the process* Gathering information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and professionally* Calling applicants and scheduling interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct, playing a key role in the hiring process* Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our team* Performing all other relatable office tasks given by the Plant Manager, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities as neededPreferred QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* Previous experience in MS Office systems and Outlook, with a strong understanding of software applications and tools* The ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environmentSchedule and BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:* A Monday through Friday schedule, with regular working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm* Paid holidays and vacation, allowing you to recharge and relax* Medical insurance, providing peace of mind and protection for you and your loved ones* Opportunities to grow and promote within the company, with a clear path for career advancement and professional developmentWhy Join blithequark?At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
