What You Will Do inThis RoleAs a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language* Help customers resolve basic technical issues* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred* Offer additional products and/or services* Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.Your QualificationsYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
