Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:* Interact with customers and negotiate bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. * Provide a blithequark-branded interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and offering suitable possible solutions.* Be responsible for genuine expertise and adherence to all credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections. * Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.). * Work in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization of work accordingly.* The core responsibilities of this role are defined within this job description.
