Key Responsibilities Collect, summarize, and analyze statistics to support strategic planning, application development, and operational improvements in our pharmacy and retail operations Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of pharmacy and retail operations Provide complex analysis of corresponding data to build business cases for system and operational process changes, enhancements, and improvements Serve as an operational point of contact for various projects, communicating relevant project information to stakeholders and driving project execution Collect, analyze, and provide recommendations on proposed applications to meet business and strategic objectives Manage complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed Plan, design, and deploy suitable reports and tools to support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and regulatory, to develop operational solutions Coach, mentor, and provide oversight to less senior business analysts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions and drive development of results and solutions At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Master's degree or MBA Retail pharmacy experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database querying Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
