Your goal will be to leave every customer feeling valued, understood, supported, and confident in their choice to trust blithequark.Key Responsibilities: Support customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Guide customers through questions about blithequark's products, systems, and processes, ensuring clarity and transparency in every interaction. Troubleshoot issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, providing effective solutions and escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary. Collaborate with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a liaison between the customer and our internal stakeholders.Ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood, providing clear and empathetic communication, especially in conflict situations. Maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance targets. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Here are the essential requirements: At least 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.Able to successfully pass a criminal background check and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information. Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed, and maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule. Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm, and excellent English written and verbal communication skills. High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation, as well as courteous and friendly demeanor with a high level of professionalism.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, with strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone. 1 - 3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Nice-to-Haves: While not essential, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge in this role: Previous work-from-home experience, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a remote setting.Prior experience with email and chat support, as well as customer support/relationship management software or similar systems. Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success, with a passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles.
