Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email. You will schedule maintenance and repair appointments, liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure timely updates and resolutions, process job cards, invoices, and warranty claims, and maintain accurate records and support front-office admin tasks. You will be the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate, and timely information to ensure that customer expectations are managed at all times. Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email * Schedule maintenance and repair appointments * Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure timely updates and resolutions * Process job cards, invoices, and warranty claims * Maintain accurate records and support front-office admin tasks What We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, preferably in the automotive or transport industry. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and service management systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers.
