Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the automotive service industry. You'll engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using our established workflow. You'll also coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed, advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences, and address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes.
