Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the automotive service industry. You'll engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using our established workflow. You'll also coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed, advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences, and address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes. Responsibilities * Engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using our established workflow. * Coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed. * Advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences. * Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, providing detailed explanations and recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction. * Educate customers on potential cost-saving opportunities, warranty protections, and maintenance plans to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity. * Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service appointments using our CRM system. * Communicate updates to customers regarding changes in service timelines and vehicle readiness. * Never miss an opportunity to help customers.
