Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Global Equity Consultant to as a remote data entry specialist.As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be part of a team that supplies stock plan management, and you will contribute to the success of our organization by performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure correct and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related area preferred Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Functional skills, including strong attention to detail, clear communication, data analysis, and customer service focus Essential Skills and Competencies Data analysis and reporting Accounting and financial management Customer-focused service Incentive plan management Payroll and tax compliance Stock options and equities management Stock plan administration Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration Detail-oriented and organizedCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we empower our employees to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.We offer clarity on where you stand in the company through professional plans and conversations that put you in the driver's seat of your personal development.
