As a Dutch Customer Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our business goals while making a real impact on our customers' lives. About the Role As a Dutch Customer Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across the globe. Your primary duties will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining high-quality customer service standards while continuously improving performance * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers * Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: *Language proficiency: You must be fluent in both Dutch (written and oral) and English (B2 level). *Customer experience: You should have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. *Communication skills: You'll need to possess excellent verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. *Teamwork and adaptability: You should be a proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
