Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the airline industry and its operations. Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly. Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers, fostering strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders. Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary, ensuring that all transactions are handled accurately and in accordance with company policies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and systems. Multilingual candidates are a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Working Hours We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including: Part-time roles: minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our customers. Full-time roles: 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with a variety of shifts available to accommodate your needs and preferences.
