As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required.You will work closely with our Collision Estimators to handle drop-offs, map and mark vehicles, arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork, and perform active customer deliveries. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards.
