Our dynamic, customer-focused culture, combined with our entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach, offers a unique opportunity for you to make a significant impact in retail.ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with any post-sale questions or issues related to their configurable custom window coverings. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:* Answer inbound phone calls from customers, quickly assess their needs, and proactively provide solutions with a high degree of accuracy.* Provide superior customer service while handling inbound calls for product inquiry, order placement, and order follow-up. * Document details of customer interaction into our system. * Drive customer loyalty by providing excellent service, accurate product and service knowledge to customers. * Look for ways to reduce customer effort in ordering, shipping, order inquiry, and return/refund experiences. * Keep customers informed on the status of their order, reconcile errors in a bolthires-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns, and follow up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.* Act as a liaison between customer and manufacturer, as well as between customer and freight carrier. * Meet or exceed various performance requirements, including but not limited to: customer service skills, accuracy, schedule adherence, speed to resolution. * Partner with escalation group to obtain additional order support, customer follow-up, or handling of complex customer cases. RequirementsTo be successful as a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following requirements:* Be eighteen years of age or older.* Be legally permitted to work in the United States. * Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED. * Have 2 years of work experience in customer service or retail sales. Nice-to-HavesWhile not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:* College Degree preferred. * 3 or more years of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
