Key Responsibilities:As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Retail Sales Floor and Customer Support, you will be responsible for:* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner* Engaging with customers on the sales floor, helping them find products that meet their needs, and building long-term relationships* Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed* Handling clerical duties, such as customer files and contracts, with accuracy and attention to detail* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledgeEssentialQualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner* A strong desire to help customers, with a customer-centric approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferredQualifications:While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:* Previous retail or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, reading, and writing* Basic computer skills, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software* Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesSkills and Competencies:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to lift 50 lbs.without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and support will be provided)* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesCareer Growth Opportunities:As a blithequark team member, you will have access to ongoing training and development programs, as well as opportunities for career advancement and growth.
