Your responsibilities will include: Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets with product data, utilizing complex formulas to drive business insights.Updating and maintaining master product files to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Sending invoices and shipment details promptly to customers, ensuring timely and transparent communication. Managing product data in shipping portals, streamlining our logistics and delivery processes. Editing and uploading images for web use, contributing to the visual appeal and professionalism of our online presence. Responding to customer and supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing support as needed.Answering customer emails and phone inquiries, offering personalized assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently, minimizing delays and ensuring a positive customer experience. Handling out-of-stock notifications for orders, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Printing labels and reformating addresses for shipping, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of our products. Greeting visitors and ensuring NDA compliance, maintaining the security and confidentiality of our operations.Performing general clerical and support tasks, providing administrative assistance to the team as needed. Supervising and training customer service team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
