As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in supporting the blithequark Survey Process and Transportation at our Corporate Office. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Contacting customers monthly to support the blithequark Experience process, following up with calls and survey responses, and regularly communicating experience information to key team members. Inputting updates into the blithequark system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.Preparing, processing, and mailing tag and title documents, particularly for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia, and maintaining a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reporting to leadership on the status of any missing or problematic titles and ensuring that a current list of outstanding titles is maintained at the end of each month. Signing over titles for wholesalers who have paid in full and preparing a monthly report to management regarding any funds not collected due to missing or incomplete title work.Staying informed about title regulations and updating the team on any regulatory changes, which may involve attending seminars held by local licensing bureaus and participating in available training on title regulations. Applying effective time management to all tag and title daily routines and completing other tasks as assigned to ensure seamless operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency with copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and standard office software such as bolthires Word and Excel. The ability to perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms with high accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with title regulations and experience in processing tag and title documents.
