Ensure that all product at the front end is merchandised per our visual merchandise standards, creating an attractive and engaging shopping environment for our customers. Maintain the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Ensure that front-end operations, store standards, and company programs meet all operational expectations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our store.Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front-end Associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow and develop in their roles. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of retail experience, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.The following qualifications and requirements are essential: Minimum of one to two years' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our store's operating hours. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others, including customers, colleagues, and management.
