Job SummaryAs a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our social media channels.You will work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, train and develop your team, and ensure that all customers receive a top-level experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining brand principles, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving sales growth through effective floor presence and job shadowing. Key Responsibilities* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)* CustomerExperience: Ensure that all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures* Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and bolthires control, while ensuring compliance with blithequark's dress code and grooming standardsWhat You'll Bring* Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets* Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks* Ability to develop collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected and trusted partner* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed* Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable* This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities* To determine if you are eligible for the sales permit, please contact the licensing office nearest you in the state of business.
