Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Seasonal Retail Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:* Delivering exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services in a way that enriches their lives. * Staying up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes to provide expert guidance to customers.* Supporting your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge and expertise, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. * Maintaining accuracy and following guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Performing other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store. * Contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn. * Demonstrating blithequark's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.Minimum Qualifications* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store. * Reliable attendance, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
